We are one week away from Thanksgiving and my invitations are pouring in... Well if you consider one invite pouring in then, yeah I am overwhelmed with what to do. Decisions, decisions, should I go and eat plenty, or should I stay home and eat my three small meals with snacks.  

It has always been a tradition, somewhat of a ritual to celebrate Thanksgiving at my friend’s house. We have been going there for years. We always show up at different times; family members and other friends; however, no one eats before the other we all eat at the same time. Dinner is done around 6pm and as long as I could remember, we ate until 12am the next morning while talking about *Black Friday* shopping. Can I tell you we never made it to* Black Friday* shopping, because we were always hung over on Food?
Moreover, as much as I love hanging out with my friends; and this is the invitation, which I can count on every year. I took the high road and decline the invite. Trust me they will be missed and as I was told likewise I will be missed. However, I do not trust myself right now around all that food; I need to continue on my own for a bit; before I start going back out to gatherings with my skinny friends. I love them and it is nothing wrong with being thin. However, it is another story when you cannot trust yourself around food.

Breakfast - bacon egg and cheese on wheat bread
Snack- cheese and crackers
Beverage - French vanilla coffee

Lunch - homemade granola parfait
Snack – two slices of raisin bread with a little butter
40 ounces of water

Snack – pistachios
Dinner - Peanut butter smoothie
