Duh !

Duh, guess what yesterday’s post was posted today, because  I was so caught up; with thinking about Thanksgiving and my three health meals ( yeah right) ,I forgot to hit the publish button. So today, you are getting a two for one deal, two blogs same day. Even though, it would do my heart good; to keep talking; about thanksgiving and all the hoopla. I must move on, because there is nothing better than going to an all you can eat at my friend’s house. With a lot of supervision, and my mouth taped up after the first course, I just might make it. If you do not tape my mouth it will keep, chewing and chewing while humming to the tune ain’t NO stopping us now we are on the move. So for now, it feels good to move on.   Now that I have gotten that out of the way, let us get down to the good news and the bad news. Good news first, I started exercising. Now the bad news, I can only do 10 minutes a night, because my knee is always in pain.

Breakfast – Bacon, egg, and cheese on wheat /Beverage - French vanilla coffee
Lunch – Cheese sandwich with lettuce and spinach and a teaspoon of mayo /Water – 55 oz
Snack-2 slices of Raisin bread
Dinner- 2 baked turkey wings w/ peanut smoothie
