Hold on I feel a sidetrack coming, so let me get back to why water has gotten a bad rap. I started out with my first glass, hoping that my headache would go away. First glass down and the headache not gone; but the throbbing seems to be slowing down. I am excellent so I get another 20 ounce glass of water and as I pick up my cup; as I did before, the cup slips out my hand all on my clothes, on my desk, my computer and on the rug. It was so much water you would have thought it was about five gallons. Water was flying everywhere. I was soaked, my chair, my computer also was soaked. Need I say more?
Boy, what a day; here I am trying to get rid of a headache, and now this so I started bad mouthing water, as I cleaned up the spill. I let my associate know that her advice was working until the water attack me. After walking around for five hours with wet trousers, I decided to give water another chance. J
Breakfast ~ cereal granola with banana and skim milk
Snack raisin bread with two slices of bacon Coffee / Water
Lunch- homemade parfait
Snack- pistachiosDinner - two turkey wings with two tablespoons of stuffing
Snack –P-nut butter smoothie
