November 9th

Have you ever started out a day with these thought; I am going to eat right; stay on task and drink plenty water. Have you ever, had to convince yourself; before even rolling out of bed that you are going to stay away from the buffets, the free donuts on the kitchen table, the smell of the rolls baking at the market; or every fast food places in your city. Has this ever happen to you. Well it if has not; keep living it will sooner than you think if you are a food addict. That is what I go through every morning of every day. I speed pass the fast food places, I try to stay out of the market until the end of the day so that the breads are stale, and the bakers have all gone home. No matter what I try or how often I try it, I always come up short at the end of the day by failing to eating right, also at  drinking plenty of water.

Breakfast – bagel with cc
Beverage – French vanilla coffee with creamer 
Snack -    homemade parfait 1cup of plain yogurt /1c. Pineapples / 2/3 c. of granola
Lunch -   grilled chicken salad with fat free ranch dressing * Ltwo small fried wings *
Beverage - 16 ounces of diet Pepsi
Snack-    homemade parfait 2/3 cup
Dinner -  L  fried thigh / Bowl of granola cereal with sliced bananas w/10 ounces of skim milk

Do you see water somewhere in my daily intake besides in some of the foods I have eaten? Of course, not I run from water as if it has harmed me. What is up with that? Can water and I just get along?

If there is anyone with ideas, on how I can get this water down in a course of the day please

Help I am going to need it ….

eh i am not a water drinker either I have to choke it down. For now I am just sticking to diet. it isn't the greatest but it is better than sugar i say.
