November 6th

Here we are six days in a new month and an associate of mine said, try not to worry about losing weight be happy as you are whether you lose weight or not. Well I said that would be great, if I did not have arthritis, and my hip did not hurt and my feet did not swollen from me standing on them. I let her know that losing weight was not an option it was a necessity. Here I am almost 45 years old and I can barely walk a block without holding on to something. It gives you something to think about, be happy as you are, but when does that become a problem. I will tell you, when your health is in jeopardy.

I am happy being Kim that is my birth name and so far it has not let me down; and I have not had the urge to change it. However, there are a few things I would have change growing up. As a child, I had to eat everything on my plate. Leaving nothing for tomorrow; my parent did not believe in left overs we ate everything that day or the meal was repeated until we did so as I got older. I also cleaned my plate leaving nothing for the next day. We should have learned something from the saying on the candy called now later. But we did not and if you are not familiar with that candy or saying. It simple said eat some now, and save some for later. Why I have to eat it all; I will never know?

Even when my children, were, little I would say you had better eat it all. Clean your plates. There are many kids starving in other countries. What was I thinking? Luckily, my kids were a little hard head and did not listen that often so I am glad they do not suffer with this food addiction as I do today.
My choices of foods are not the best; it is an addiction so it will not just go away I am working through it daily. Writing my daily food intake is helping as well.
