November 5th

 Today started off pretty rough for me. I woke up around 3am with the worst heartburn imaginable.

 I kept thinking this is the big one but after taking all the *Tums* in my house and tossing and turning for 3 hours I was finally able to get some rest. I had an Aha moment as I was waking up.  I am not going to tell anyone; I am going show everybody.   Because I talk the talk and don’t walk the walk; if you’re wondering what I am talking about it’s my weight and my eating habits. Change comes from within and reflects on the outside. I will post the changes as it happen.

So my day started earlier, then I wanted it to: 


 7am Breakfast ~ Raisin and walnut oatmeal   tsp. of butter/w 2 packets of sugar


 Coffee ~ 20 ounces French vanilla from Dunkin Donuts


3 pm Lunch ~    3 chicken wings and French fries


20oz Diet Ginger Ale ~ to help with the heartburn as well


7:30pm Dinner ~ 3 fish and French Fries
