For what it is worth, here is my menu for today; sounding like an addict reporting to an FA (food anonymous) meeting.
I am noticing that I eat a lot of carbohydrates and it shows on my hips. I am working on cheaper ways to eat healthy and still feel full. If you have any ideas, I'm welcoming them.
Breakfast
8am ~ bran muffin
I was still hungry tried to fight it off with water didn't work. So against the grain I went and had another breakfast/lunch making my next meal brunch.
Brunch 10am ~ bacon, egg, cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel
12pm ~ no lunch
2pm ~ nothing
Snack
3 pm ~ peanut butter crackers Water 40 ounces
Dinner
6 pm onion burger w/lettuce, tomatoes, onions with mayo on a hamburger roll cooked on the George Foreman; Got to love it! I was really talking about the George Foreman
8 pm Snack ~ WW cake
Closing Kitchen now
