November 2nd

As of yesterday, I decided to give you a glimpse of what I eat daily.  I can jive all my blogging peeps and say, I am eating salads and grilled chicken and veggies all day but who would I be fooling but myself.  So with that being said for the month of *November* I will blog all about a day in the life of Kim's eating.  Will it change anything; will my eating habits change; only time will tell.  Let me add that am frugal so my eating cheap reflects that as well.

Breakfast ~  Bran muffin
Mid Morning ~ 2 eggs bacon/cheese  no bread
coffee   ~ Dunkin Donut's
Lunch ~  Sandwich Honey ham w/ cheese on white bread *I know  big mistake * also  mayo, lettuce
Snack ~   Weight Watchers cake
Water     20 ounces
Dinner ~ Homemade onion burger  with mayo/ lettuce/ tom/ and more onions  with 1 cup of broccoli & pasta
Snack ~ Quaker oatmeal bar
water      20 ounces
