A Day in the Life of Kim

My morning starts at around 8 am 

Breakfast ~ Bran Muffin
French Vanilla coffee from Dunkin Donut's  the Best !

Around  10:3o 
Snack   ~  Weight Watchers  cake for some reason around this time I am hungry ;(
Another coffee Black with creamer /w / two packets of sweetener

Then @  1:00 pm
Lunch  ~ Honey Ham with Cheese on  a hoagie roll with lettuce/tom / onions
With a Diet Dr. Pepper

About 3pm
P~nut butter crackers 

Its  7 pm
Another sandwich on a hoagie roll  with mayo /lettuce/ tom/ onions
Something quick  and cheap  on the go...  

Snacking candy in between  anytime after 10:30am  not before
This is going to be a challenge but  I will log in my eating everyday.
