I think I have finally made peace with water. As I stated before, it is healthy for me, and I refuse to drink it. Therefore, I started reading up on the benefits; of drinking water and come find out; it is so good for you. Therefore, I have decided to drink; several cups of water a day during the morning and afternoon, if I get 64oz in that is a good day; if not it is a work in progress.

There are three foods; I said my final goodbye to one was Little Caesars Pizza. Since my fast was over, I decided to go and get a whole pie. A little excited to have pizza again, I ate the first slice without even tasting it, so I needed another slice. Could not do any harm, I thought right. Therefore, as I was biting into the second slice, I slowed down to taste it, and it did not have that same yummy taste. It was not there, now that could be, because it has been about 4 weeks since having a slice. Whatever the reason pizza will no longer threaten my well- being.
The second food was Popeye’s chicken, oh how I love Popeye’s chicken. Well I went to Popeye’s and while there, I purchase the usually 11 pieces of spicy the best until now. I finish one piece and close the box not good at all. In retrospect, I cannot see what the fuss was all about the pizza and the chicken fail the taste test so they will no longer be a threat to my new way of eating.
What was the other thing; I rave about * chips * are you kidding me; chips are the best thing ever or NOT. Keep in mind I would eat 12 bags in one hour. After giving up all my favorite food for 30 days and trying them again, for the first time. I vaguely remember what all the excitement was all about so the chips will not be missed either.
Moreover, as we all know, if you take something away, you have to replace that with something else right. Therefore, I have decided to go borderline HEALTHY working my way to a new way of life.

Lunch - homemade granola
Snack - Pistachios
Dinner - fish/ ff / chicken
