While walking through the market today, I almost knock someone down trying to get away from the cinnamon rolls. I said excuse me of course, but I was running from sugary snacks. Then it dawn on me that I cannot rearrange the market to suit my needs and one day I will have to face my fears. In addition, donuts if not in the front of the store will always be somewhere in the market. Therefore, I had to get a grip, and come to realization that out running sugar is not going to take the desire away the running was just making the urge greater.
Therefore, I hope this helps someone reading this blog, do not t deny you all the time, because if you do it may backfire and that my blogging peeps is how we tend to fall off the wagon.
Breakfast - raisin bread /w French vanilla coffee Lunch – French fries /w three pieces of small fish
Drink – All day diet ginger ale
Dinner - three chicken wings
Snack – Peanut butter smoothie
