Diet Diaries

 The title was going to be called *Fat Girl Diaries*,  but trying to change my eating habits my perception of myself has to change also.  So sticking with diet diaries is suitable. On  the 18th of this month  I gave up the following things 1.) soda   2)chips  3)pizza 4) chicken from my favorite store. If you ask how it that working out for me, I would have to say well for now. The only craving so far is  chips one of my favorite things to eat with a sandwich and to wash it down with a diet soda hits the spot. What I've learned recent is that not to many proteins make it to my plate during the week. I'm a *carb* queen which is not bad, but not good either.   So on the first day of the new diet it went well  instead of my usually 55oo calories it was 3200 calories, with the hopes of getting back down to 2000 calories a day. I decided to weigh in three times a week that would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Its only been a week and really I don't know what truth the scale would tell on Monday and Wednesday the weight was the same on Friday there was a 1lb lose.  I look down at the scale like it just voliated me what happen not  1o lbs in four days something must be wrong. After getting over my one pound shock I realize as I've down so many times, before, it is easy to put it on but hard to take it off. Am I the only one that have look at the scale crazy expecting more........
