Let's see : For breakfast I had two 2 apples rather than my usually sausage cheese mcmuffin.
For lunch a salad, yes I said a salad ! My normal lunch would have been a cheese steak with fries what a change. I made no promises to myself, I did not feel pressured to eat the salad it just happen For dinner another salad and apples slices in my salad with a little dressing. What a day? I even fixed my lunch for tomorrow.........
Breakfast : Oatmeal
Snack : Yogurt
Lunch: Chicken salad with cucumbers and side salad with a little dressing
Snack : 80 calorie pudding
Dinner : Chicken salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and a little dressing
I will let you all know how it goes....
