I'm a survivor I'm not going give up................ I guess it is a little to soon to toot my own horn but after weeks, no months, no wait years of out of control eating finally a day of healthy eating. I have to praise myself for the small steps no promises and no expectations but self praise is a must.
I did not have one urge to eat something that was not on the list. However at 3pm I was a little worried not sure wheter I would make it or not but I PREVAILED!
I'm full of surprising today because I never have time to blog during a weekday and here I am blogging on a Monday and I am excited about it too.
Tomorrow's Menu
Breakfast - I am sticking with it - Oatmeal
Snack - nuts
Lunch - Not bored yet - Chicken Salad with cucumbers and tomatoes on the side with apple
Snack - 80 calorie pudding
Dinner - Wait for it - 7 ounces baked chicken, 1 cup of brown rice, side salad with apple slices
Water and I have never been good friends, but from what I hear it will help me on my journey.
So I am going against the grain I am going to drink my water.
Day Two - No promises or expectations and I did great. I am proud of ME!
