From the morning to the evening, we have choices they can be wise choices or risky choices. Take breakfast for instance, oatmeal is always, a very good choice; but I always choose the bacon, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. That is just breakfast; I know the nutrients that are in a bowl of oatmeal and let me tell you, if you fix it right, you will not be disappointed. Nevertheless, I chose the bacon and the bagel instead.
Now lunch can vary because I can get a garden salad with the works with some low calorie dressing and go to town like a little rabbit. However, my choice will be the cheese steak with French fries on the side fried hard so I can hear the crunch when I chew. I know that the salad is health and will benefit me in the long run but instead I settle for that greasy steak on a stale roll with mayonnaise and I’ve expressed more than once how I feel about mayonnaise, so you that is a must; make mine a mayonnaises sandwich with a little steak . In addition, I do not know what genius came up with this, but I put all my French fries in my steak. Why is the steak my preferred choice, the jury is still out on that one.
Then dinner, it’s like a dag will do you; you know what I mean a dag of this and a dag no bigger than the size of your fist or your thumb and don’t forget no more than a deck of cards. Now that is dieting at its best no not me. I chose to use the serving spoon as my guide on my platter size plate. By now, I have made so many bad choices that I give myself that special encouragement that tomorrow we will do better. However, when tomorrow comes I am doing the same thing…. Choices I hope you are making wise ones
