New Day Fresh Start

Have you ever wondered, what life would be like if we/you were never given a second chance.
Well being label an obese woman sometimes I feel like I have used up all my chances. I have

spent more time being obese then I have been employed. I have devoted just as much time losing and gaining the same weight back if not more .

Consumed by what people may say, I decided to give this weight loss thing one more chance Lord knows I need it. Let me be frank with you, it took years, maybe decades for me to gain this weight and to be honest with you it may take more time than that to lose it.

So for what it is worth I am starting over. I have one confession though I am in love with Food. Okay now that I have gotten that out of the way. New Day Fresh Start. I will blog my journey for the accountability
