Hi Everyone

I am watching this new reality show called *Big Sexy*.  It is all about women embracing there weight and not hiding behind a close door. That is *Awesome* it is about time they put the big girls on the big screen without degrading them. Somewhere not here, big women and big men are labeled lazy; smelly and pretty much pathetic. However society is so wrong we are Fabulous PEOPLE  !!! 

We should not be ashamed of who we are or even what we have become no sitting in a closet or shutting down feeling sorry for ourselves. Don't get me wrong  obesity is not the new FAD! But we should embrace who we are on the inside. Yes I am all for getting healthy it is the number one thing on my to do list everyday. So if your still struggling to lose weight like me; find that one thing about you that makes you special and Embrace It!  Have a good evening everyone.
