This is just a shout out to all the blogging peeps. How the heck is everyone doing?How is your diet plan or success going? What is on you mind ?
Do you just want to scream or blog about it. What is your (poison) I wanted to say that but that would not be good because it could be food, (well food would be my poison),which is not bad it is just the types of foods that you eat that are bad for you that takes its toll.
Well for me I am doing the everyday thing, (staying or trying to stay clean). It is not easy and everyday is not good but my success rate is getting better. I did not get to go to the WW last week so I do not have anything to report but I will be showing up this week with some questions and concerns regarding the program. Also I realize I need to start moving something my legs, arms, hips; because like a national anthem I am told that eating healthy & exercise go hand in hand.
